- 6 Eggs
- 100gr Granulated sugar
- 140gr All purpose flour
- 1 Vanilla (or 1 tbsp extract)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
FILLING: 200gr Apricot(damazco) Jam
ORIGINAL GLACE RECIPE:
- 120gr Water
- 200gr Granulated sugar
- 150gr Dark Chocolate
ALTERNATIVE GLAZE
- 240gr Water
- 400gr Granulated sugar
- 300gr Dark Chocolate
